Students who want to acquire a Pennsylvania real estate license will need to take 75 hours of training by completing the state-required 30-hour Real Estate Fundamentals and 45-hour Real Estate Practice class. Students can complete the training by taking Classroom (In-person) training, Livestream (Zoom), or Online (Self-paced) courses.
