Schlicher Kratz has partnered with Pennsylvania state-approved Polley Associates School of Real Estate (approval number RE000002A) to provide continuing education to salespeople and brokers.
New Agents
If this is your first time renewing a Pennsylvania real estate license, the state requires you to take two specific continuing education classes: the General Module, and the Residential Module.
Salespeople and Brokers
All PA salespersons and brokers not in their first 2 years of continuing education must take the 3.5-hour required class due by May 31st, 2024. If you are unsure of what you need, please reach out to us by calling 610.353.6776 to reach the main office which is open Monday – Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday 9 AM – 3 PM.
